Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Onboarding & Talent Management
Location: Remote + Milestone Travel (UAT || Workshops || Client training) (one week in a month)
Duration: 12+ Months

 

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Onboarding and Talent Management modules. The candidate will be responsible for leading functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, supporting HR transformation initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Onboarding and Talent Management modules.
• Work with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure and test Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integration testing.
• Prepare functional documentation and training materials.

 

Qualifications:

• Overall 14+ Years of experience 
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with focus on Onboarding and Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of talent processes including performance, succession, and career development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
