JOB DESCRIPTION
Role 1 :Core HR – Functional Consultant
- Skilled
Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience with
specialized expertise in Core HR. The ideal candidate will have a deep
understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, with a focus on Core HR
functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients to
analyze their business needs, design solutions, and implement Oracle Cloud
HCM Core HR modules effectively. The consultant will also provide ongoing
support and guidance to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of
Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Engage
with clients to understand their business processes and HR requirements.
- Conduct
detailed analysis of client needs and document functional requirements.
Solution Design and Configuration:
- Design
and configure Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules to meet client
specifications.
- Develop
functional specifications and process flows.
- Ensure
the solution design aligns with best practices and industry standards.
Implementation and Deployment:
- Conduct
system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user
acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate
data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Training and Support:
- Provide
post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Assist
clients in maximizing the value of their Oracle Cloud HCM investments.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay
updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases and features.
- Propose
enhancements to existing systems and processes.
- Share
knowledge and best practices with team members and clients.
Role 2: Compensation – Functional Consultant
Should have at least 2 Implementation
experiences in Compensation.
- Should
have deep expertise in Base compensation, Workforce compensation,
Individual Compensation and Total rewards
- Must
have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a
techno-functional role.
- Must
have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis
and Requirements documentation.
- Must
have experience in fast formulas specific to compensation rules and
payroll elements.
- Prepare
functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
- Should
understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing
Compensation.
- Experience
in Implementing Payroll and Absence will be desired.
- Must
have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and
problem resolution skills.
Required Skills
- Prepare

- Knowledge
of Absence and Compensation will be desired
- Collect
the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested
Role 3: Oracle HCM Talent Acquisition Functional Consultant
- The
Oracle HCM TA Functional consultant who can provide end-to-end
solutions that address clients’ business requirements
- Should
have at least 1 Implementation experience in Talent management for a
Global Company across Multiple Geographies. Overall 5-9 yrs experience.
- Should
have deep expertise in Dynamic Skills, Talent Profile, Goal and
Performance management, Succession Planning & Talent Review Meeting.
- Must
have worked on at least 1-2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a
techno-functional role.
- Must
have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis
and Requirements documentation.
- Must
have experience in fast formulas specific to define eligibility profile
around talent & Learning management.
- Prepare
functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
- Should
understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Talent
and Learning management.
- Experience
in Implementing Core HR and Oracle recruitment will be desired.
- Must
have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and
problem resolution skills.
Role 4 : Oracle Recruiting Cloud Functional Consultant
The Cloud HCM Recruitment is
responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to gather and
analyze business requirements for HR solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM
technology. As an HCM (Recruitment) consultant, you will be responsible for
leading the requirements-gathering process and providing guidance to other team
members.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business
stakeholders to gather and document requirements for HR solutions using
Oracle Fusion HCM technology (Recruitment).
- Analyzing business processes
and workflows to identify areas for process improvement and make
recommendations for system enhancements.
- Leading the requirements
gathering process and ensured that all stakeholders' needs are captured
and documented accurately.
- Developing functional
specifications and use cases for system enhancements.
- Working closely with
architects, developers, and QA analysts to ensure that system requirements
are properly implemented and tested.
- Providing guidance and
mentoring to other business analysts on the team.
- Keeping up to date with the
latest trends and technologies in Oracle Fusion HCM (Recruitment) and HR
technology in general.
Required Skills:
- Need Oracle Cloud HCM
Functional Resource with at least 7-8 yrs of Functional experience on
Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Cloud Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Must have worked on at least
4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projects.
- Must have experience Leading
Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design reports
development and testing.
- Excellent presentation, written
and oral communication skills, and problem-resolution skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with PowerPoint and
online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA or master’s degree in
business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience
in Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
- Experience in supporting
business and technology transformation processes.
