1) Payroll Administrator – 6 month contract located in North York. Potential for a permanent opportunity. Pay rate between $20-30. Experience with both Union and non-union payroll a definite asset. Processing payroll process for hourly and salaried staff and calculating payroll adjustments, including earnings, benefits, and deductions, as well as STD pay calculations, processing hires, transfers and terminations, including preparation of Record of Employments (ROEs), responding to employee questions involving payroll, assisting with T4/T4A/Year-end processes, mailing pay statements to terminated staff, staff on short term and long-term disability, and staff on leaves of absence each pay. 2) Part time Payroll Coordinator – Potential for permanent as well. Located in North York. Pay rate approximately $18.
