Docs page has begun!

Hi,

took a while to get my head around Sphinx's autodoc module and
integrating with Paver, but we now have the skeleton structure of some
documentation up at:

http://mediastandardstrust.github.com/superfastmatch/

If anyone wants me to add any stuff about licenses or funding or
anything else, let me know.

Looks great!  Thanks for getting this online.

I think it's probably worth adding a license page at some point, and throwing a mention of Sunlight on there wouldn't hurt :)  but it's not at all a high priority.

That's done now :)

Probably should get the Sunlight and MST logos up somewhere too?

The superfastmatch.org domain is available if we want to make the url
a bit more memorable?

Domain name sounds good too, though also in the "nice to have" bucket.
