White noise?

Hi all,

I've checked in a new version of SC which actually loads the default
synth file. Great. The only trouble is it's now outputting white
noise all the time (even without the synth).

I'm going to have a pop at stepping through the code manually- I've
probably pulled out a memset somewhere by accident... but if anyone
else wants to lend an eyeball to see why it's not yielding nourishing
silence, that'd be helpful!
