Full-on OSC, and the SuperColliderActivity is now an instrument!

Now when I'm showing people in the pub, they can at least prod the
screen while they're being impressed. This is nice, it feels like the
project has reached a sort of "useful" level. Full OSC is provided,
and you can see some example usage here:

Support for bundling isn't there yet, but, well, pokey-screeny is.
