   Don't post any messages that you know would be upsetting to others. 
   
   
2. Do not post any personal information. Emails are inaccessible to every one except me. 
   
   
3. There are no private messages, but you can contact me directly.
   
   
4. The forum is moderated. I'm pretty relaxed about lively debate so long as you are being respectful towards each other, after all discussions are the life blood of any forum. However some topics that infringe on Jackie's personal life are not allowed. Don't worry I won't bite your head off if you make a mistake.
   
   
5. Content that doesn't display for you:
   
   There are many reasons why content doesn't display for some people - from their personal settings on their computer, to what their ISP, cable company, workplace or country will allow. If a person posts a link to content in good faith and it was working when they posted it then there is nothing anyone can do if something will not display for one person. By all means clearly express how you feel about it, as it is annoying when it happens, but please remember no-one else can fix it for you.  Blaming or moaning at the person who posted, or expecting them to fix it, is unhelpful and just creates bad feelings. Please don't do it.
   
   If you ask nicely maybe there is an alternative, or use the information from the post to help you Google another link that will work.
