Just to answer your question, as my aging mother in law is not very good with these things so asked me to help her and find out if it was possible so I appreciate the fact that you have been able to give me the address for her. By the way the circumstances of my mother in law is to give her some joy and happiness after she went through cardiac and respiratory failure. 3 months later she got vasculitis and developed churd strauss syndrome which is inflammation of the blood combined with asthma which is life threatening. That is the main reason for me to write on her behalf . I just wanted to surprise her since she is in her 80's. I would like to take since opportunity to say thank you for with the address.

Thank you I hope so too. She was /is very happy and I help her to write a letter as she is very limited in her writing skills.

I'm really sorry to hear about her health. I hope that she makes a good recovery soon.

Here is what I suggest:

Write to JC Group and include a nice photo of Jackie, in a self-addressed envelope, for him to autograph and send back. It will take a few months, but he will do that. If nothing else you can surprise her with that.

Then I would explain the situation as comprehensively as possible, with emphasis on how much it would mean to her etc. Lay it on thick. Life long fan, his movies have brought her through tough times including this crisis ... etc. etc.

I doubt you'd get Jackie to visit her in hospital or anything like that, but you can ask if it would possible to meet somewhere Jackie is filming or at another event. Although he mostly does this for kids there is always a chance he'd do it for someone else if it is presented in the right way.

I'm really glad you got a reply so quickly. It usually takes between 3 -6 months, so someone made extra effort for you and your mom. I didn't hold out much hope for anything more, but if you don't ask - you will never know.
