Flags for 64-bit machines compilation

Thanks to Carlos for providing the flags needed for compilation of
SBv1.35 on a 64bit machine. Edit the source/Makefile as follows:

LIB_CG=/sw/comp/intel/mkl/10.0.4.023/lib/em64t
LAPACKL = -L$(LIB_CG) -lmkl -lmkl_lapack -liomp5 -lpthread -lguide

If you have any other patches for different machines/compilers for the
Makefile, we'd like to hear from you on the forum so other users can
also take advantage of this without duplicating efforts.
