Supanth update

Dear All,

 

I am really sorry for not updating in the month for Nov 09 as I was travelling to India.

I have visited to Niradhar Bal sangopan ashram during my visit to take the first hand information. There are around 30 + kids staying in just 2 rooms with not many civic facilities in the home. The ashram is in Dapodi zopadpatti.  

I met Mayuri, one of the kids living there. She is studying in 8^th grade and I was surprised to see that she has scored 76% in the 7^th grade living in such environment. Personally I think this is a big achievement and was very glad that we as a team trying to reach out such kids to shape their future. We can’t do much except helping them for food, books and stationary, but hey even that is the most important part in the living!! 

I have given a cheque of Rs 10,000 for Niradhar this month which is yet to be cleared and Rs 10,000 for Samtol foundation in the form of e transfer which can be seen in the bank statement.
