For the past 3 to 4 months, we were unable to use IKIN locks due to lock breakage issues. Currently, new IKIN locks have been assigned to Madurai DC. Therefore, we will restart using IKIN locks starting 4th May.

@Mookaiya J @Sunthara Mahalingam Govindan @Gopinath R @Krishnakumar M @Velan A  HI and SZM, kindly brief the LM hub operations teams about the IKIN lock process. Also, please add them to the SFX South – IKIN Smart Lock support group for proper coordination and support

@Senthilkumaran Balathiraviam @Santhosh R Madurai DC team, if there are any IKIN lock damage issues, kindly share the lane details and complete information. Please provide proper updates via email.

The process for franchise hubs is mentioned below. If you have any doubts, the SFX South – IKIN Support Group will assist and provide support.

Kindly use the szmemail+franchise partner's  number format.

The otp will be sent to the SZM for the first time after which the user has to stay logged in and not log out. Unless the user logs out the app, it will remain logged in.
