Action Plan & Operational Expectations – 30.04.2026

Hi Team,

            As discussed in the Bangalore meeting with SZMs, I am sharing the key expectations, future focus areas, and operational gaps identified. Please ensure strict adherence to the below metrics across all hubs.

1. Load Receipt & POD:
   POD must be generated on time when the load is received. Partial receipt is not acceptable. POD must be handed over to the driver on time; otherwise, the load will be held the next day. In case of short bags, a mandatory email must be raised within the timeline, along with CCTV footage from vehicle door open to door close.

2. Short Shipments:
   Any short shipment must be reported within 24 hours with proper email and CCTV proof.

3. Missed Reporting (Short Bag / Shipments):
   If a short shipment is not reported via email within 24 hours, all shipments go to ageing 2. The respective hub will be responsible for inscanning, marking delivery, and paying the COD amount.

4. EMD (Early Morning Dispatch):
   The dashboard should be zero by 8:30 AM. Loads received between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM must achieve a minimum of 60% EMD. After 7:30 AM, all riders must be marked RVP OFP.

5. Clearance:

   A minimum of 90% clearance is mandatory every day, including festivals and holidays (365 days). No pending shipments will be accepted.
   

6. RVP Clearance:
   All Amazon, C2, CPD, D+2, Ajio, and Alpha RVP shipments must be cleared. No pending shipments will be accepted.

7. Shipment Tally:
   100% shipment tally must be completed daily, including Sundays.

8. Bagging & Connection:
   Pending should be maintained below ageing 1.

9. Performance:
   FASR and FTPL FPSR must be at least 75%.

10. Run Sheet Compliance:
    Fake run sheets and open run sheets should be zero.

11. Pickup Compliance:
    Meesho urgent pickups and FTPL pickups must not be marked NA. A penalty of ₹5 will be applicable for violations (both self hub and franchise partners).

12. COD Deposit:
    COD must be deposited on time, and no short deposit is acceptable. Rider UPI usage is mandatory. COD slip must be shared before 5:00 PM. If CMS reports after 5 PM, update must be shared immediately. If CMS is not reporting, a mail must be raised before 5:00 PM and continued in the same thread. If CMS is not reporting for two consecutive days, deposit must be made directly to the Shadowfax account and the slip must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.

13. EOD Reporting:
    Daily Hub Scorecard must be shared in the respective AOR group.

14. Rider Performance:
    Any rider below 30% DSR with continuous NA marking must be deactivated.

15. ZTP & ODC Mails:
    All ZTP (MDND, DBNU, CCPP) and ODC short mails must be properly replied to with required POD and CCTV attachments, and closed on time.

Important Note:
All the above metrics must be followed 100% across all hubs. Continuous failure and a decline in weekly performance will lead to termination of partnership without further notice.

The company is moving towards higher operational standards and service quality. Partners must align with these expectations and handle operational pressure effectively.

If you are unable to meet these standards, you may initiate a partnership withdrawal request and complete the notice period accordingly.
