Hi Sir,
My AOR major hubs are not following the SOPs and operational metrics properly. Several hubs are not achieving the targets for EMD, FASR, FPSR, Fake Runsheet control, CPD/C2/Amazon breach management, and COD Deposits.
Due to these continuous operational deviations and very low performance levels, it will be difficult to manage the upcoming sale operations in these hubs. This may create a huge impact on sales performance, customer service, and overall company reputation.
To prevent further operational failures and improve performance stability, we are planning a replacement process for around 5 hubs. Kindly approve the replacement process and provide a 15-day timeline to stabilize and improve the operational deviations.
