Dear Team,This is to inform you that the FPSR performance is currently low across all hubs. Kindly find the key concerns below:
- Low order completion rate
- Rider availability issues
- Delay in dispatch and delivery timelines
- Productivity not meeting target levels
- Impact on overall hub performance
Requesting all respective hub teams to:
- Monitor FPSR performance closely
- Improve rider utilization and attendance
- Reduce pending and delayed orders
- Ensure proper shift planning and operational support
- Share action plan for performance improvement
Please treat this as high priority and work towards immediate stabilization of FPSR metrics.
Note : SZM IF Not improved first level i will drop fwd volumes 50% low performance hubs identified for replacement due to continuous performance concerns.I will share hub level performance separately.--
