Sunthar AOR Performance Alert – Strict Compliance Required

Hi Team,

             This is a formal communication regarding the continuously declining performance across the AOR. The current performance levels are unacceptable and require immediate corrective action from all hubs and franchise partners.

Effective immediately, every hub must achieve the following daily operational targets:

Daily Operational Targets

• EMA: Minimum 80%
• Clearance: Minimum 95%
• COD FASR: Minimum 75%
• FTPL FPSR: Minimum 75%
• Fake Runsheet: 0%
• Shipments Tally: 100% completion before 11:00 AM
• Bagging Pendency: Zero pendency for all shipments aged 1+ days
• COD Deposit: 100% deposit completion, with deposit slip shared before 3:00 PM

Non-Compliance Actions

1. Hubs failing to achieve the above targets will receive a formal warning as the first level of escalation.
2. Any rider found performing fake attempts or fake runsheet activities will have their Rider ID deactivated immediately.
3. Repeated failure to achieve the required targets will result in a detailed performance review of the franchise partner.
4. Continued poor performance, SOP violations, or operational negligence may lead to partner replacement or termination of the partnership.
5. Any COD-related risk, deposit delay, or operational lapse will be treated seriously and escalated to management.

There will be no exceptions. All partners and hub teams are expected to take ownership and ensure compliance with the above metrics on a daily basis.

Please treat this communication as a final reminder and take immediate action to improve performance.
