Yea... I've been submitting for the last 2 years into that black hole, proving my email address each time but there has been zero responses or reaction from that portal. My hope in posting here is to have a conversation with other users about their needs and if they are met. With a form portal like the one you posted, there is little accountability for zoom in responding or engaging in conversation or feedback.
It would seem from the lack of communication and the drive to non-public-based feedback, that Zoom simply doesn't care about individuals and would rather focus on providing unused yet billable feature sets to enterprise clients.
They took 3 months to reply to a simple billing question I had asked. If your app is working, they aren't interested in your feedback or ideas.
All I'd like is to be able to add 1080p support to a Pro plan--if they made it a paid option, I'd likely purchase it. The 10 user limit for the business plans is bogus.
I discovered that I still have an old zoom pro account for which I still pay every month. However, this email address does not exist anymore, since it was from my former job. Therefore, I cannot login anymore (I used to log in via google, but since the email account is deleted this does not work anymore).
i purchased a zoom pro account two weeks ago. Suddenly the 40 minute limit popped up today in my session. Zoom does not have any live person to help since I own a one person business of psychotherapy practice. I don't think it makes sense to buy a 10 license package which allows a live person support. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Once the call gets close the official 40-minute limit, a countdown clock will appear in the meeting window. At this point, the host should choose Leave Meeting (not End for All!). While it might look like the meeting has ended, if everyone clicks on the original joining link or enters the same ID, a new 40-minute period will start over again.
Crazy how everything is convoluted with a bunch of garbage now even when you pay for the service. Then if you're not paying a huge amount a month you can't even get tech support. Unbelievable. This is not technical advancement, it's a digression.
By default, the Zoom client will utilize noise suppression and echo cancellation to improve the quality of the audio received by your microphone, but these audio filters can interfere with situations that warrant the full range of audio captured by the microphone. In these situations, users can disable these audio filters and improve their sample rates to improve their in-meeting sound quality. This may include musicians with their instruments, capturing high-quality audio for podcasts, or healthcare professionals who are making a medical diagnosis based on sound.
You are not the first to ask about the return of the navigation and zoom buttons. Some things will not be able to be ported since Pro was built from the ground up for 64-bit, per user request for 64-bit (and the fact that Desktop had gone about as far as it could get with 64-bit). They went with the ribbon design, and although I'm not a big fan, that is the format that they will be working with in Pro. (That is also one of the reasons, for example, that adding a Python addin toolbar is not as easy as double-clicking the .addin file ...toolboxes are handled differently now).
To see what others have already asked about, and suggested as improvements, here is a connection to all the ideas others have submitted for improvements to Pro ... Look thru those (may give you answers to some of you pending questions on Pro) and vote for ones you would like to see, and submit new ideas if you find things that you would like to see in Pro. -pro-ideas
It would be best if you mark your threads as discussions rather than questions, since for the most part, they deal with functionality differences and it is difficult to see whether you have read the associated help files for ArcGIS Pro. In fact, I am still reading the help files, since I have only used Pro once...and I want to be ready and know what to expect when I use it more.
The ribbon is actually pretty customizable. You can put just about any tool anywhere even if it doesn't make sense to anyone but you. And, of course, you can always use add-ins. I'm glad that the Pro team came up with a Rectangle zoom tool now. I like the Explore tool but sometimes those fixed zoom levels don't work as well as the rectangle zoom tool. Its good to have both options and also the ability to not have rectangle zoom on the ribbon if you don't want it as in Kory's case.
Another option is a virtual background, which is a Zoom setting that allows you to appear in the natural setting of your choice. But as a legal professional, tread very carefully here. We all know the story of the Texas attorney who could not turn off the Zoom filter during his court hearing, making him appear as a cat.
If you have the option, it is best to conduct your virtual meeting from a carpeted room with soft furnishings. This will minimize echoes and make your audio sound less hollow. In a home office, consider hanging decorative tapestries to help manage echoes, but refer to the section above about backgrounds before you choose a flashy design that will show up in your video.
One of these would be maintaining good posture. This means avoiding a slouched posture, but also avoiding any bobbing or rocking motions. In fact, if you have any tendency to rock or twist in your office chair, it may be advisable to switch it out for a stationary chair for the virtual meeting.
With in-person settings, people naturally tend to give visual cues that alert you they are done speaking. Since these cues are easy to miss on screens, get in the habit of waiting a slightly longer time to begin speaking.
Sound delays are another aspect of virtual meetings that make this a consideration. These pointers apply especially in formal settings such as court appearances and depositions, where you are often relying on a court reporter to accurately transcribe the meeting.
As the result of the Covid-19/Coronavirus pandemic, conducting court hearings and other remote virtual court related proceedings have become common. Because of the computer and video platform, it has been observed that attorneys, parties, and other participants have tended to address the virtual hearings in a more relaxed, informal, and at times in an inappropriate manner.
As court officers, we have a duty to maintain a professional demeanor in order to preserve the dignity, integrity, and respect of the court. While Zoom now allows us to conduct virtual trials and hearings remotely, and at times even from our homes, it is very important that we maintain the same decorum, formality, and respect for the court and with all other participants in the virtual courtroom, just as if we were in the actual courtroom.
Judges will continue to appear in black robes during virtual Zoom hearings. Attorneys and court participants should likewise appear dressed in the same professional manner they would dress and appear in-person in a courtroom. Just as court participants would not wear T-shirts, jeans, hats, and similar clothing in a courtroom, they should also not dress in that manner while they are participating in a remote virtual Zoom hearing.

For your next virtual meeting, take advantage of the opportunity to seemingly be joining the meeting from anywhere by choosing a background that transports you to a professional location such as this regal wing of a Los Angeles Public Library.
As a member of the remote workforce, you have the ability to work from anywhere. Even when you are working out of your home office, a flexible workspace, or your neighborhood coffee shop you have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and choose a Zoom background that fits your #WFA state of mind.
One of the most common choices remote workers make is to utilize their local flexible workspace. To match your Zoom background to your surroundings, choose a virtual background that reflects your love for these shared spaces.
Just now catching up on the last season of Game of Thrones? To match your Zoom background to your current pop culture obsession, join your next meeting from the Iron Throne to draw eyes and command respect.
For a large Zoom meeting, a background image that is too busy or detailed runs the risk of being distracting to the other meeting attendees. When you want to stand out without attracting too much attention, a solid image background that is more than a blank black or white box hits the sweet spot.
