A number of investors have contacted me confirming they want to take
collective action against Amba Sun Ltd, Vision Land Investments Ltd,
Amba Sun Invest Ltd, Cavendish Land & Property Investments Ltd that
were involved in selling the Brazil Vision Sunset Beach Resort LLP
investment.

There has already been a 3 hour meeting with a top London Barristor
who has had a lot of experience in dealing with fraud cases. He has
reviewed our situation and believes there is a case that can be
brought together and would be willing to take it on.

2. Date you bought the land LLP units.
3. LLP number you joined and number of units bought and what
price you paid per unit eg 1 unit = £3k.
4. Who you paid? Was it Amba Sun Ltd, Amba Sun Invest Ltd,
Vision Land Investments Ltd, Cavendish Land & Investments Ltd?
5. What bank account did you pay your money too and what was the
name of that bank account?
6. Did you get a receipt for this money that you paid?
7. Did you transfer from another property investment? If so what
did you pay for this and what was the initial property you had
invested in.
8. Provide the investment brochure you were sent that you bought
the product from and advise if it was via email or you were pointed to
a website.
9. Any emails from the seller that may be useful in terms of
what was promised.
10. Any emails or information that you received detailing your
rights under the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)
Regulations” (if you didn’t receive any that’s good)
