Starting August 1, 2024, your payment processing fees are changing.  Pricing changes are never easy, but they allow us to keep innovating and improving our products so that we can meet the ever-changing needs of businesses like yours. What is changing? Your new payment processing rates are listed in the table below. • ACH fees: For new payments customers, the standard ACH fee is 1% with no cap. For existing customers like you, the ACH fee will be 1% with a cap of $20. This means that for transactions below $2,000, you’ll pay a 1% fee. For transactions over $2,000, you’ll pay a $20 flat fee per transaction.   New pricing Card reader (card and digital wallet)  2.4% + $0.25 Keyed-in (card) 3.4% + $0.25 Invoice (card and digital wallet) 3.4% + $0.25 Invoice (ACH bank payment) 1% / Max $20  What action is required of you?
