Shutdown of this mailing list

Hello everyone,

SunPy has started migrating over to the OpenAstronomy Discourse forum
https://community.openastronomy.org , given the very low traffic on this
mailing list I am proposing that we shut down this list in favour of the
GitHub pages and the SunPy Development category on the Discourse.

If anyone has any thoughts or objections please let me know.

I'm happy with that, and probably we could do the same with the other one to keep all the information in one place.

Discourse can be configured as a mailing list if people want to keep it that way, this post explains how:

I would like to eventually migrate away from google groups for the main list but I think that should be a longer process.

It shouldn't need to be. Announcement and auto-reply message on the
mailing list. If people don't move, we can ask them why. 😁
