sunpy versions 3.0.3 and 3.1.2 released

Dear all,

The SunPy developers are pleased to announce the release of versions 3.0.3 (Long Term Support) and 3.1.2. These releases are the first to support Python 3.10, and contain a number of other small bug fixes - see https://docs.sunpy.org/en/stable/whatsnew/changelog.html for a full list.

To update you can run the following commands:

Pip users: 'pip install -U sunpy'

Conda users: 'conda update sunpy'
