Prahladji Tipanya , one of the foremost singers of Kabir poetry in Malwa region will conduct this workshop with the help of other members of his group. The workshop will seek to foster an understanding of :
1. The Message of Kabir - Through talks, interactive discussions and films an understanding of the words of Kabir as well as their relevance to current times will be highlighted. Discussions based on important themes like identity, guru, impermanence, Nirgun etc will help to bring about an understanding of Kabir's view on the same.

Apart from these, the workshop will be an opportunity to spend time in a rural atmosphere where the folk music forms a part of the fabric of life. To sing amidst the fields, to spend quiet time talking to Prahladji, to watch rain falling on open land as far as the eye can see, to strum the tambur and feel your heart quieten in response,to ride a tractor, to draw water from the well..... come join us to do all this and more....
