Sunnyvale Trails was developed to provide an open forum for people interested in trail and greenway issues in Sunnyvale. Please use it to tell your neighbors what YOU want to see in Sunnyvale's greenways & trails -- Family recreation, alternative commuting, a chance to get exercise in a natural environment, a pleasant route to the nearest park or to the next city over ...? Present areas of interest include John W. Christian Greenbelt, Calabazas Creek Trail, Stevens Creek Trail, Bay Trail and the Sunnyvale East and West Channels.

We see that there is already considerable growing interest within the city (stimulated in part by the newly opened city policy for Stevens Creek Trail, and probably by other factors such as the growing interest in biking, etc.) and few formalized places for residents to express themselves. Hence the group. It's open to anyone to join, so please take the opportunity to examine it.
