Issues for the Nov. 3, 2009 Election include:

1. Sunnyvale City Council members taking a 20% pay raise for
themselves over the last 4 years;

2. The Council members voting themselves lifetime medical care
reimbursement;

3. Council members taking thousands of dollars from downtown developer
and then canceling the developer's $2,650,000 penalty for stopping
construction.

4. Council members voting to sell city-owned land that was intended to be used for public parks.
