I am trying to get a permanent schedule together for all our teams,
Ministry forums, and Taste of QPC.s

I am wondering if it would be ok if we make the Media Team meetings on
the 3rd Sunday of every even month. (Feb, April, June, etc.).

I would also suggest we start at 12:45.


Is this okay with yall?
If I don't get answer by tomorrow, it's official.

Hey John, 

Thanks for responding back. We'll continue to update our googlegroup so you are in tuned with our latest updates. 

I will be getting an update to our minutes soon. There is something you can do that is long term. For our website (which will launch probably around the summer) will need new photographs of Sunnyside. When the weather gets nice or whenever you have to time, can you take some photos of the neighborhood. We want to capture the essence of Sunnyside. Again, this is nothing immediate. We might not need them until May. Just giving you the heads up :)

Wow, this is great Gina.  Are you also trying to sync and make a master schedule with the other ministry teams, too?  I guess really only Welcoming?  And our Ministry Team Leaders Team.  Are there any more?
