Hey guys,

Sorry for the latest update EVER.

Here are the updates:

WEBSITE
Thanks Ed for doing the survey for us. Think it gave us a good
picture.
The next steps:
surveys(DONE) -> inputs -> Powerpoint -> graphic program -> HTML

WELCOMING PACKET
Rob and I attended the Welcoming Team meeting. We thought it'd be best
if we make the Welcoming Packet identical to the new website (i.e.
design, layout, content). We realized that some people may not have
easy access to a computer so it'd be best if we had all the info in
the packet (minus the sermons, video, and anything with sound). Also,
we're scrapping the idea of putting USBs in each packet. It's very
time consuming and everything in the USB should be in the website.

UPCOMING PROJECT:
Pastor Storck requested that we make some promotions for this years
Easter Service. It is going to be a special service because we're
opening it to the neighborhood.

"It will be a service of musical genre diversity--Latin, Praise,
Classical, Jazz, etc. As we will tell the story of Jesus life, death,
and resurrection. I am thinking of calling it something like "An
Eclectic Easter Cantata." But we are going to need promotional flyers
and if you think your team would be able to do that, great. If it's
too much, we will get it done another way." -P.Storck


I would like for us to have our next meeting Sunday, Feb 13th.
Because not a lot of people showed up last meeting, I would really
appreciate it if everyone could try to make it.

I think we should try to designate roles. ex. who is going to work on
web, flier, etc.
