Thanks Greg Baker for your informative Options meeting!

Q: Greg, when exactly were you going to reveal that the Options High School
project bids are being opened on May 12th.
Well before the actual comments are head by the "Hearing Examiner"?

Q: Greg, Did you really pay Zervas Group Architects over $1 million dollars
in design fees, before getting public input or a conditional use permit?

Q: Greg, what are the insurance rates for building a school over a large
diameter, high pressure, natural gas pipeline?

Oh, wait, never mind,

We now know what kind of person you are and what your answers are worth..

Just the facts please.   ettiquette suggests personal attacks are extremely counter-productive.

I agree with David. Just the facts. And let's have a respectful, civil discussion.

Thank you.

The pipe under Franklin Street is a 10" High Pressure Natural Gas Pipeline.
The spray tag on 2015 Franklin says: 10" H.P. Gas
This is according the spray paint on the sidewalk showing its location by a
utility locator recently.

The 10" gas pipeline is also almost directly under the 115Kv Power lines.
The plans show the School District vacating the Franklin Street right of way
to the center line
which puts the pipeline even closer to the new building.

10" High Pressure is a lot of gas volume if it is cracked, damaged or
earthquaked or if the building settles into the fill over the old Whatcom
Creek Swamp.

I don't like my friends and neighbors or myself being lied to by public
servants. That is counter productive.
