Hello All,

After running into some difficulty in organizing something for this past weekend, and taking into account the thoughts you have expressed, I would like to propose getting together for lunch in a public place so that we can get to know each other and discuss how to better organize for future get togethers.

A fellow from Arlington Heights is helping pick out a place, so once I hear from him, I will create an event invite.

Please let me know how you feel about this idea, and once you receive the invite, kindly RSVP by Thursday so we can make reservations.
