[OJ-AP] Online Judge 1.2 released

Hi, all

This release gives:

• Real-time judge, don't wait after submitting any more! Read http://code.google.com/p/sunner-projects/wiki/OnlineJudgeInstallation for details
• Security improvement.
• gcc's warnings can be treated as errors now. Useful if you want to be strict
• A few minor bug fix and UI polishing

I've tested the new real-time judge daemon in my production site for more than ten days. It works flawless and students do love it. 

Before upgrading, make sure that you have read http://code.google.com/p/sunner-projects/wiki/OnlineJudgeInstallation throughly.

Any comments, suggests, feedback, bug reports, contributed code are welcome!
