Hi,

I'm Astrid D'costa from D-313.

With reference to your notice about the payment of maintenance bills by NEFT/RTGS only & the charge of Rs. 50/- per cheque deposited, I wish to put on record my disagreement to the same.

While this may be the era of electronic banking, the era of fraud has been since time immemorial & I would not like to be coerced into doing something that I'm not comfortable with. I do not avail of any net banking facility & therefore request you to please make this optional.

this should be optional without any penalty.
