I request the society  to take note of and acknowledge the following.

   I have transferered-to sungrace a/c-through NEFT

 

     1.     on 11/12/2014   RS23786/-  Ref no:0690757513  [including Rs 1530  balance  outstanding of Oct 2012 as shown by OCT2014 bill]

                      &

   2.         on   16/12/2014   RS11467/- Ref no:0692974205 .

  

    With this I have cleared all my dues  to the Society including the interest charged in November&December bill for late payment .

      I once again remind you that there is no balance amount to be paid by me for October 2012 because i have already paid  Rs 194[Apex bill} &.RS 4080  ,on 31/10/2012 through   ICICI bank,BORIVLI[w] ,cheque number 436875&436876 to POWAI DEVELOPERS office through currier way back on 31/12/2012 which my bank record also proves.

This is with regards to payment some of us have made to Powai Developers for the maintainance bill  of October 2012 .While our bank records to show the details of the payment made to Powai Developers is available with us, the reciept for this payment was not received( from Powai Developers )  as the payment to the Sungrace CHS was commenced from December 2012 onwards.

I wrote to Powai developers earlier this week and promptly received a scanned receipt for this payment made in October 2012.The email ids of the respondents were as follows:
