A runaway gorilla, yes you read that correctly, chases a woman and their path is straight for Seo Jin. The woman runs up to Seo Jin, grabs him and begs him to save her from the gorilla. Seo Jin appalled by the contact and the gorilla heading his way, bites the woman so she will release her grip then pushes the woman down to the ground and runs away. He high tails it to the top of cart and monitors his vitals. The gorilla is ridiculous and Seo Jin is not only eccentric but a coward too.
After that meeting Ha Na is upset. One of the circus performers shows Ha Na the video on her phone of Seo Jin pushing the woman to the ground and running away from the gorilla. Ha Na realizes she can blackmail Seo Jin with the video and proceeds to do just that. Seo Jin is riveted by the video and remorseful he acted in a shameful way. Does he not remember his actions? Seo Jin cannot have the video released and agrees to extend the circus contract not eliminate it. Ha Na tries to take the phone but his grip is so tight and he is so riveted, she leaves it with him. Not a good idea leaving the evidence with Seo Jin, who immediately orders his assistant Young Chin to delete the video and fire the circus.
When a wealthy man (Lionel Atewil) is threatened by a killer known as The Gorilla, he hires the Ritz Brothers to investigate. A real escaped gorilla shows up at the mansion just as the investigators arrive. Pasty Kelly portays a newly hired maid who wants to quit because the butler, played by Bela Lugosi, scares her.
I really bursted into laughter when KSJ turned his tail and ran when he was chased by the gorilla and the man, but on the other side I was having pity on him. Seems like he is being scared of even the very little things on earth. Luckily JHN came and changed KSJ. The umbrella scene makes me think that KSJ's cold personality is slowly melting, I could even see a glimpse of warmth in his eyes. Kyaaa! AND that scene where KSJ is wearing white polo then he suddenly pulled JHN close to him? I literally shouted at that! I don't care if he was being cold at that time, it was just awesome seeing them close to each other!
Mickey is reading a newspaper that says a man-killing gorilla has escaped from the zoo, and all citizens are warned to lock their doors. Mickey panics and calls Minnie to tell her the news. Minnie, however, is not afraid and plays a song on the piano to show it. However, the gorilla enters her home and kidnaps her. Mickey hears Minnie screaming and determines that it must have been the gorilla, so he races to her house to save her.
HJM Filming: Gorgeous and dreamy. Constant use of cotton candy colors of pinks, blues, purples, golds, to create that cotton candy Wonderland feel. We got bubbles, giant trampolines, parades, and all your kiddy fantasies. Plus an awkwardly CGI gorilla with some really bad circus acts!? The drama focused so much on the pretty, that it forgot about plot.
