Expenses per minute f[or Parliament]

Can anyone give me some approximate figure for expenses for running
the parliament
[1] when in session
[2] when not in session
These expneses should include everything -even sweeper`s salaries to
Minister`s allowances and include all the maintenance charges
[including electric, decorations, repairs and consultation charges to
experts etc]
Just approximate expenses per minute, or per day, or per month, or per
year [whichever is available, or convenient]
For example: While Lalu Prasad was speaking in the session on December
22. 2011 [He spoke more than Parnab Mukerjee - and it was 27 minutes
at the strech.
In the meantime, let Anna Hazare team keep boiling and raise their
blood pressure on Lokpal Bill [While 1.2 billion citizen are silent
spectators on this chinese puzzle called "Jokpal Bill".
India is like an elephant [wise], but does not know where to go. Some
one has to put a shart instruement in his head and give him
directions.
