With the corporate sector coming under a cloud for its alleged
involvement in big-ticket scams, India`s Prime Minister advocates
changes in law to treat private sector bribery a criminal offence. The
reality is that whatever Indian Government does to minimize the
opportunties for corruption, the sad situation is that Indians cannot
build a foolproff system. The mindset does not change overnight.
