     The UN’s recent release of population growth statistics point to the rising importance of moving to a sustainable life style with more reuse, recycling, and rethinking to avoid unnecessary pollution and waste. Today’s world population of about 7 billion was expected to stabilize at around 9 billion mid-century, but demographers are now forecasting growth past 10 billion by 2100, see tinyurl.com/UNpopGrowth. We need to economically care for God’s creation if we all are to peacefully coexist on this increasingly crowded planet.
