Sign Language for SA

I think it's important and great to have a sign language interpreter.
Amy who does sign language spoke with me at last SA. Michael D. might already have this info, not sure.
1. Her recommendation to put onto our announcement/poster/press release etc is the following wording:
Sign Language Interpreter available upon request.
2. Her contact info is Amy Mecklee (?) not sure I'm reading her handwriting correctly.
I have her phone number too.
3. She would need to be
contacted in advance to be sure she is available. I'm not sure how she felt about being filmed in the future. Someone would have to ask her.

3. She would need to be contacted in advance to be sure she is available. She thinks 2 weeks notice would be good if possible, allows more time to find someone else if she can't do it. She's okay with filming as long as she knows in advance. She's doing this for free.

Does that imply she is not likely to come to future SAs (even if she is available) unless someone asks for here a couple weeks in advance?
We'll have to see if there's a way to set up the shot on our video so that she's out of the frame but still conveniently positioned for those who need her.

Sorry Chris, my fault, I was able to get in touch with her and sent out a correction to this. She is fine with being on film as long as she knows in advance. The first time she didn't know. I think she might come to the SA because she likes it--she was there on this past Sunday although she wasn't there to sign. Best Wishes, Scott
