I think the only reason for these emails slipping through the cracks is that the new board members are still not quite sure who's responsible for what themselves, since specific roles haven't been discussed yet. Most likely, we're not yet fully acclimated to the idea of being nominally responsible for stuff like that since before the election, emails just got responded to by whomever took it upon themselves first as all the organizers were aware that no one in particular was obligated at the time.
So speaking for myself, I apologize, and I will make an effort to respond to new threads to the best of my ability within 48 hours (even if I'm not the most knowledgeable person on the subject) if it seems like no one else has addressed them sufficiently already. Thanks to your reminders, I'm sure the other board members will be more alert from now on too.
Regarding the next meeting, I believe it will be on Monday (9/9) evening, although the specific time and place hasn't been picked out yet. I just sent out another public reminder that we need to decide when and where. This'll be our first in-person meeting after the board election since we postponed last Monday due to the Labor Day holiday, so not much has transpired since August's assembly.
