Greetings to all! Happy Martin Luther King Day!

The 2012 Calendar is posted on the website. I will be offering classes, monthly weekend retreats and a week long yoga retreat during the summer and early fall in Grafton. 

We began the new year with Aquarian Sadhana on January 2nd. It was a beautiful time and we raised almost $100 that will be given to the Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings. We will hold another Aquarian Sadhana on February 6th at 5:30 PM in Windsor. This event continues to be a fund raiser for the Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings and the suggested donation is $20.  Space is limited. Reservations are required.

Other events in January and February:

Deep Healing Circle will be held on January 16th at 6:00 - 8:00 PM. This gathering will provide an opportunity for healing through group consciousness. We will be doing yoga kriya, chanting and gong meditation using the mantra of Guru Ram Das. This will deepen our practice as we meditate for the healing of ourselves and others that need these blessings. The cost is $25. Space is limited. Reservations are required.

Prosperity Workshop, Monday, January 23rd at 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Learn the mantras and kriyas that bring opportunities into your life. Practice the meditations that offer abundance, happiness and well-being using the technology of Kundalini Yoga. The cost is $25. Space is limited. Reservations are required.

Healing the Wounds of Love, Monday February 20th at 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Heal those old wounds of love and mend your broken heart with a special meditation and chant from the Gurus. The cost is $25. Space is limited. Reservations are required.  


For those of you who are local, I have some important updates regarding classes in Windsor:

Any class that gets cancelled due to weather will be posted on Face Book and the website. If you are not sure, check there.

New prices for class effective January 1st - $20 drop-in, $54 for 3 classes and $90 for 6 classes. The set can be used for any regular class but they are only good for 2 months from the time that you purchase them.

 For anyone who paid for classes last year but did not used them all, they must be used by February 1st - last chance!  

Classes continue in Windsor Tuesday 6:30 PM and Wednesday 5:30 PM. This first series of classes have started and we are working through the chakras. Attendance at all six classes is recommended but not required.

Monday morning classes are on hold for now. Contact me for information regarding individual sessions.
