Greetings to all! Sat Nam!
The rare Venus Transit happens this evening. We won't be able to see it on the east coast of the US but I am sure there will be video coverage. Take a moment to appreciate the magnificence of our universe and its vastness. As you contemplate, be open to what we can all learn and be willing to explore the depth within as a mirror to the universe.
The
2012 Calendar is posted on the website. I will be offering classes,
monthly weekend retreats and a week long yoga retreat during the summer
and early fall in Grafton. Giving yourself a spiritual retreat can be
transformational for your yoga practice. Contact me if you want more
information and consider attending one this summer or fall.
Celebrate Summer Solstice and join us for Aquarian Sadhana on Wednesday, June 20th at 5:00 AM in Windsor. This is a most beautiful way to experience group consciousness and healing. We will be doing yoga, meditation and chanting during the ambrosial hours of sunrise. This event is a fund raiser for the Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings. Please let me know if you plan to attend.
Class schedule for June - July - 2012:
Windsor: Monday 9 AM - In June and July, we'll meet every week. Tuesday 6:30 PM - weekly classes except for July 3rd.
Wednesday 5:30 PM - weekly classes except for July 4th.
New offering in Windsor starting Monday, June 25th at 6:30 PM - Kundalini Yoga for the Healing of Addiction. This class will follow the principals of a 12 Step Program teaching yoga and meditation techniques to support recovery. Let me know if you have questions or want to hear more about the offering. Class will run for 6 weeks.
Grafton: Saturday 10 AM starting June 23rd - 6 week set of classes
No class July 3rd & July 4th.
