March - April  Class Schedule in Windsor: 


Kundalini Yoga classes continue on Wednesday 5:30PM  (no class March 26th).

 

 

Mindfulness Meditation in Windsor starts in March:

 

We will be sitting together for a 30 minute Mindfulness Meditation. Instructions will be offered at the beginning. These sitting are open to everyone and offered at no charge. Donations are always appreciated and will go to Yogi Bhajan's Library of Teachings. 

 

Mindfulness Meditation: 

        Monday at 9AM and 5PM           (March 3rd, 10th, 17th and 31st),

        Wednesday at 12noon                  (March 5th, 12th, 19th). 

 

 

I have to add that it is not only the devil in the details but God as well. When you are in a place of compassion and conscious love, you can rely on the Gurus for even the smallest of things. Recall all the things that fall into place without the slightest effort. Look at the world and be amazed that it keeps going. They love taking care of even the smallest of details when we let go and trust.
