Sat Nam - I hope you are having a beautiful summer! I would love for you to join us for classes and weekend events. Please note, the schedule will be changing in September so if you have not been coming to classes recently, be sure to email and confirm class times.

We are very close to the end of the third part of the yoga study started in 2010. We are collecting the final data sets and will be ready to conduct the data analysis in just a few weeks. I'll be posting preliminary results on the yoga center website (hopefully) in September. For all of you who helped in this effort, I am so grateful and can't wait to share the findings. 


Here are the updates for the August - September calendar:

Grafton class and event schedule -
We are taking a break from Saturday 10 Am class in Grafton. They will resume again September 8th and run through mid-October (no KY class on 9/22).

On Sunday, August 26th we will be celebrating the legacy of Yogi Bhajan on his birthday. We will hold sadhana starting at 6AM. The program will include a short kriya followed by 2.5 hour chant of long Eck Ong Kaur. We'll be finishing up around 9Am and enjoy breakfast together. Contact me if you would like to attend. Plan to bring something to share for breakfast.  

The Inn and Yoga Center is pleased to be hosting a Hatha Yoga Weekend Retreat with teachers, Carolyn Little and Sarah Pearl Kearns. They teach at North End Yoga in the Boston area. If you are interested in finding out more details about their teachings and weekend activities, go to Sarah's website http://www.yogatosmile.com/.

We will be holding special weekend classes September 28-30th. This is at the peak of foliage season and the best time to visit Vermont for fall colors.


Windsor class schedule -

Weekly classes continue on Monday 9AM, Tuesday 6:30PM and Wednesday5:30 PM until the end of August.

Starting in September, there will only be one Kundalini Yoga class offered on Wednesday's at 5:30 PM. It will run for one hour and will be followed by a special meditation period from 6:30 - 7:30PM. Although it is recommended that you attend both, feel free to come only for the yoga or for the meditation. The charge is the same whether you attend either one or both. The meditations will be selected to assist us in our spiritual development. Each week, we will be working on the stages of meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan in the new book recently published by KRI called The 21 Stages of Meditation. This will not be any ordinary yoga meditation class!! Join us for lots of exploration in the nature of bliss. Contact me if you want more information. 

You can follow what we are practicing in class, particularly once the yoga meditation class starts in September,  at the new blog Meditations.Sundarisatnam.com. The goal is to share experiences and reflect the changes created by our spiritual practice. The blog is up and running and has a few posts already. Consider joining the discussion now.
