Method: Parents of 19,106 children 18 to 71 months of age from 23 societies in Asia, Australasia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America completed the Child Behavior Checklist for Ages 1.5-5 (CBCL/1.5-5). Confirmatory factor analyses were used to test the seven-syndrome model separately for each society.
Results: The primary model fit index, the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA), indicated acceptable to good fit for each society. Although a six-syndrome model combining the Emotionally Reactive and Anxious/Depressed syndromes also fit the data for nine societies, it fit less well than the seven-syndrome model for seven of the nine societies. Other fit indices yielded less consistent results than the RMSEA.
Conclusions: The seven-syndrome model provides one way to capture patterns of children's problems that are manifested in ratings by parents from many societies. Clinicians working with preschoolers from these societies can thus assess and describe parents' ratings of behavioral, emotional, and social problems in terms of the seven syndromes. The results illustrate possibilities for culture-general taxonomic constructs of preschool psychopathology. Problems not captured by the CBCL/1.5-5 may form additional syndromes, and other syndrome models may also fit the data.

As she continued modeling and acting, she was featured in movies with Jack Black and Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny, and Epic Movie with Carmen Electra,[2] and Iron Man.[7] She was featured in music videos for Eminem, Lady Gaga and many other big names. She has also been a spokesmodel for several brands including Dreamgirl Lingerie clothing company for 8 years[2] and was featured on more billboards for 138 Water on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.[8] In 2010, she starred in a popular Danish reality show about career women from Denmark 'living the dream' in Los Angeles, called "Danske Hollywood Fruer".[9] After years of surrounding herself in the glamorous modeling world and always around designers and beautiful clothing, locations and mansions; Masha built an interest for fashion, beauty, art and interior design. She is working on her own pet clothing lines, Prive Pet and BluAndMalu as she is a big dog lover, and has a French Bulldog named Blu.[citation needed]
But why is it so popular? The characters are visually appealing for children, particularly Masha with her large eyes and expressive face. Her mischievous attitude makes her very likeable to children. Each 6-7 minute programme is full of action, which holds their attention well. The characters all have their own personalities and interact in various ways and each story has a meaning.

Russian media are spreading the news that the Masha and the Bear series has taken the first place in the ranking of the most harmful for the child's psyche animated series. Neither the authors of the research nor its source are designated. Such accusations against the series appear regularly, however, that fact does not prevent it from being one of the most popular. However, the psychologists are really concerned about a potential negative impact of the main character's behaviour. However, according to experts, the problem is not so much the series itself as the duration of its viewing and indifference of the parents.
