The FOSS week kicks off tomorrow . The week will be inaugurated by the respected Information Technology Minister of Government of West Bengal , Dr. Debesh Deb at the Students Activity Center.
The rough time of his arrival is 11 am and the attendees are directed to take their seats at around 10:45 am.
People willing to attend can surely attend .
