no public airline flies to Sumy directly. If you can afford it, you
can order private flight (charter) from Urga airlines, for example.
They use Saab airplanes, they are cheap and safe. You can also check
Windrose airlines, but they use bigger planes, so prices will be high.
I guess, you can not afford it, so you can fly to Boryspil and then
rent a car at Hertz or other car rental service and then drive ~380 km
to Sumy. Be ready for really bad road, you will drive approx 4-5
hours.
