Subject: Pest control of the building

It has been observed that our building has been infested with Termites at several locations within the building. This is a serious cause of concern and had to be dealt with immediately to prevent any form of permanent damage to the building structure.

After taking due quotations the managing committee has approved Rentokill PCI for the job.

Post discussion of the scope of work and negotiating with their personnel we have in principle arrived at the following charges for the same.

Termite treatment   :          Rs.   76,000/-

Other pests             :          Rs.   64,000/-

 Total                        :          Rs. 1,40,000/-

The Termite treatment will have to be done in entire building compound, podiums, all 16 floors, and terrace, as well as inside each flat. Their team shall take down the time as suitable to each member. It will be important that each flat make their space accessible for termite treatment as per the agreed schedule. The treatment will include Initial drilling + 5 annual check-ups.

For the treatment of "Other pests"(like Cockroaches Rodents and Mosquitoes) the treatment shall be done with the entire building but not inside each flat  and frequency shall be as follows :

Cockroaches: 4 times a year

Rats             : 26 times a year

Mosquitoes  :  24 times a year

The charges shall be included in the bills of the next quarter Apr-May-June. The charge for the same will be equally shared by all members.
