We still haven't addressed the concern of what happens beyond 30 months!  We better figure that out BEFORE we sign the agreement

Dear Sukrit

We have addressed the same with him and he has mentioned that the concerned point is already covered in the redevelopment society agreement.

Hence to have this point covered in the individual agreement made no sense. If you feel otherwise , please express the same.

Also please do come by at the earliest to sign your plan , since you are the only one pending.

Dear Sukrit 

The builder is confident that he will complete the project in 2 years , if its goes beyond that , it will go on for another 6 months for which we will receive the cheque at a higher rate.

In case the building is not ready by 2 1/2 years we will either have to discuss the matter with the builder OR use Clause 22, 23.1 and 23.2 on pg 11 of the Redevt. Agreement.

In our earlier meetings we have discussed on invoking Clause 23.2 specifically to cover rent.

Dear Pallav,

As discussed, I have signed the document.  

After going through the plans,  I need the following minor clarifications 

  1. The area calculated shows some area designated as 'Store'  What is meant by that please?
  2. Is the area designated as 'Dry Balcony' open to the sky or closed?
  3. The developer has shown some areas earmarked as various 'Jambs' as part of the area calculations.  What are these please?  While these are small (they add up to a little over 6 sq feet), is it correct for him to include them in the area calculations?
  4. The Drawing for the Living Room of my flat shows some broken lines.  What do they indicate please?
  5. Alongside the lifts there is an area marked as 'Refuge at 11th and Alt Floor'.  I am not clear what this means.  Does this mean that the 11th Floor is a designated refuge floor?
Would be grateful for these clarifications.

Also could you confirm that the developer has provided a clarification to the period beyond 30 months as Mr. Sharma had indicated he would do by letter on receipt of our letter?
