Annual General Body Meeting for the year 1)2013-2014

&2)2014-2015

 

 

The Annual General Body Meetings of the Society will be held on 28th June, 2015 at 11.00 am at the address mentioned above. The agenda of the meeting is as follows

 

1.       Read and approve the minutes of the last Annual General Body Meeting held on 5^th May 2013.
   
2.      Read and approve the minutes of the Special General Body Meeting held on 6^th October 2013.
   
3.       Consider the managing committee’s report for the year 2013-2014
   
4.       Read and approve the audited Annual Accounts for the year 2013-2014.
   
5.       Annual Accounts for the year 2014-2015
   
6.       Appointment of Statutory auditors
   
7.       Appointment of Office Bearers and Committee Members for the year 2015-2016.
   
8.       Any other matters with the permission of the chair
   
9.       Possible Short Visit to the Society’s building under construction.
