Subject: [kanbandev] (ANN) Kanban Leadership Retreat 2013 is open for general registration

Kanban Leadership Retreats bring the experienced leaders of Kanban together to discuss the most fascinating and challenging topics about lean and kanban and share their experiences. The last few months we have offered registration on an invitation-only basis to kanban masterclass graduates and accredited trainers and coaches. We still have places available so we are opening registration up to the entire kanban community.

DATE: June 23-26, 2013
LOCATION: Mayrhofen, Austria
This residential event is fully inclusive of accommodation.

For complete details and registration packages, go to http://agilemanagement.net/index.php/client/KLRAT13/

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Kanban Leadership Retreat is a Consultant Camp format unconference using a 3 room format allowing separate conversations in parallel. Sessions are held in the morning and early evening, allowing attendees to have the afternoon free to explore Mayrhofen, relax and continue interactions with other attendees. Detailed schedule is here: http://agilemanagement.net/index.php/client/KLR-schedule/

WHAT GETS DISCUSSED AT A KANBAN LEADERSHIP RETREAT?
Topics we have developed in past KLR's include: Depth of Kanban, Kanban Kata, Portfolio Kanban, Kanban Myths, Risk Management, and much more. See more topics with related blogs here: http://agilemanagement.net/index.php/client/KLRAT-refs/

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE AFTERNOON BREAK?
At Kanban Leadership Retreats, we work hard and we play hard. In the long afternoon break our participants have done rafting, mountain biking, hiking in the Alps, para-sailing, schnapps tasting, quad biking, and just relaxing. Mostly we enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the opportunity to create lasting friendships with kanban aficionados from around the world.
