Rare sight: Holding hands with his three-year-old son, Temujin, the former Yokozuna performed his dohyo-iri with his son, accompanied by Houshouryuu as tachimochi and Oonosato as tsuyuharai. This was an extremely rare sight. When Isegahama Oyakata began the Shiranui-style dohyo-iri ritual, Temujin was entrusted to Oonosato, who then carried the child while performing the tsuyuharai duties (which need years of training, BTW..), creating another unusual sight. Since birth, Temujin has always outgrown children his age, and his growth has now become a focus of attention for fans. Regarding his current height and weight, Isegahama Oyakata revealed that he is 105 cm tall and weighs 29 kg. While the average weight for a three-year-old is said to be between 13 and 15 kg, he boasts a consistently large physique, roughly double that of a three-year-old. A lot to look forward for.
Injured Tsurugishou, Shirokuma and Hakunofuji all took part in Terunofuji's danpatsushiki today. Tsurugishou responded to an interview after his bout, saying, "It feels like the meniscus in my left knee, which had already been injured, has 'tucked in'. At the time, it was so painful I couldn't move, so I had to leave in a wheelchair (after the bout on the final day), but the pain subsided after two or three days. Shirokuma also had a bout today, but he took painkillers and suppositories just before the bout.
