Summit Ridge Social Committee Meeting 4-24-2023

Thank you Mary, Michele, Nancy, Amanda and Patsy for all attending today - it takes a village and a fun one at that!  

Attached are the notes from today's meeting - for your review.  Below, I have asked the board to read and advise of our discussions.  Once I hear from them {by 5-1-2023} we will get our next meeting on the calendar.  

I look forward to the fun times we are going to have this summer... and beyond!

Hello Mike, Aaron and Myles,

Please read attached notes {at the bottom} of the agenda from our meeting today.  We have a request out to purchase an item for the pool area and details we would like you to advise us on regarding the 2023 pool party.  If you could please read these notes, discuss and advise by 5-1-2023, we would appreciate your time collectively doing that.

Didn’t see a price on display board.   Do you have a price? 

 

I will be paying for and making the ribs.  So that should help budget.  Ill do 75 ribs as they are pricey   Ill make them spicey so the kids stay away (joke)

Spicy ribs are amazing and thank you for your contribution!  

Additional thoughts on the hamburger and hotdog count?

This one suggested is $189.  Cork is prefered to pin monthly calendars and because of the outdoor elements "outdoor" is preferred.  We are open to suggestions and are conscious of budget. Let us know what you think!
