Hello,

Circling back on the food count for the bbq, Mike Cooper advised us to order 100 burger patties and 100 hot dogs. That along with condiments, sides and necessary items to bbq, decorations we are looking at a total NOT to exceed $800.

Note: Items not used will be carried forward for any future events.

Mike, Myles and Aaron, please approve the budget amount not to exceed $800 for the 2023 Pool Opening BBQ.
